Is it pet friendly?

Yes. It is perfect for your pet. Dog or cat urine will not damage or discolor the turf, and just scoop the poop like you normally would with natural grass. No more muddy paws or brown spots in your yard. Your pet will never know the difference!

How does it hold up to the sun?

We offer 7 to 12 year warranties on no fading depending on the turf that is purchased.

Is it expensive?

Comparing SYNLawn to natural sod there is a significant price difference. But when considering what you spend on water, maintenance, fertilizers and the other expenses that come along with natural grass SYNLawn’s one and only initial cost is paid off within a few years and the product lasts for years to come.

How do you clean the turf?

You can rake it, blow it off, or hose it off. SYNLawn is extremely durable and can withstand not only the natural elements, but the every now and then cleaning routine.

How well does the turf drain water?

Extremely well. There are drainage holes every four to six inches on the back of the turf, which allows the water to drain right through. We lay about two to three inches of decomposed granite under the turf, which also absorbs a helps with drainage.
